Business Development Director – Leading CRO

A global contract research organisation is seeking a confident Business Developer to sell their complete offering of Phase I clinical services. This company has over 5500 employees globally and have ambitious expansion plans in place. The company has several divisions and offers a complete range of products and services to clients within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.

As a Business Development Director you will be home based and responsible for promoting and selling the company’s services. This will involve expanding the company’s client base and build long term relationships with these clients. You will be managing the complete Business Development cycle which will involve working to targets.

Suitable candidates will need to have a proven track record in selling CRO services. You should also have a degree in a life science discipline. You should also be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
