Statistician & Bioinformatician Surrey Statistics
A fantastic opportunity has now become available for a high calibre Mathematician/Statistician within a leading scientific research organisation. I am on the lookout for a statistical specialist with a strong desire to learn and keep abreast with the latest developments within the bioinformatics community, from computational biology to statistical analysis and mathematical biology.

If successful, you will be joining a rapidly growing team of computer scientists and molecular biologists, applying your skills and expertise in statistics & statistical modeling.

The ideal candidate will be educated to a PhD level in statistics or mathematical discipline with substantial post doctorial experience within a research & development environment. To succeed in this role, it is essential that you are well versed in statistical methodologies with a proven ability to communicate with scientists from different disciplines. Previous exposure to Bioinformatics, Computational Biology or Biostatistics would be highly advantageous.
