A global Clinical Research Organisation currently requires an ambitious Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join the team in Germany. The company has offices throughout the world, and provides services to the worldwide healthcare industry. They offer exciting studies to work on and fantastic opportunities to progress your career.

As a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) you will identify, select, initiate, and close-out appropriate investigational sites for clinical studies. The Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) is also required to monitor those sites in order to ensure that studies are carried out according to the study protocol, SOPs, applicable regulations and the principles of ICH-GCP. Depending upon experience, the Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) will also become involved in other areas of study management and staff training and contribute to the review of systems and procedures as appropriate. They also provide a benchmark of monitoring competence to inexperienced/less experienced colleagues.

Suitable candidates for the Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) position will have a life science, medical, nursing or related qualification and at least 3 years clinical monitoring experience gained within a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotech company. Competent English, written and oral skills are essential, and valid work status is also required. Excellent knowledge of ICH-GCP is essential, and you will also have a strong understanding of the overall drug development process. Experience mentoring junior team members is desirable but not essential. Flexibility to travel is essential, with a full driving license also required.
