Medical Writer – Growing Pharmaceutical Company - Cheshire

A growing pharmaceutical company is seeking a medical writer to work on European multi-country trials. This company is currently in the development phases on a range of products for treatment of renal diseases. The company is part of a group which employs over 16,500 people globally. As a medical writer you will have a varied scope of responsibilities as you will be conducting and managing the medical writing needs of the business to ensure documentation meets required standards. Your duties will include;

•Preparing regulatory documents such as clinical study reports, investigator brochures, annual updates, PSUR’s etc which meet regulatory requirements and internal document standards.
•Contributing to other non regulatory medical writing activities as required.
•Overseeing performance of external vendors such as CRO’s
•Representing the medical writing function for assigned tasks on internal clinical project teams
•Participating in company process improvements and development initiatives

Suitable candidates for this medical writing position will need to have experience of working in a medical writing role and have experience of working within a CRO or with a CRO. You should also have a degree in a life science discipline and be flexible in your approach.
