A global bio/pharmaceutical services company is currently looking for a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join the team in Netherlands. You will be working on global clinical research studies, giving you excellent experience at an international level.

As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) your role is to perform the clinical monitoring aspect of designated projects in accordance with ICH-GCP and regulations. As a Regional Clinical Research Associate (CRA) or Primary Clinical Research Associate (CRA) (on smaller clinical studies) responsibilities will include managing clinical monitoring activities in addition to the ownership of investigator sites. This will include investigator/site selection, collating regulatory documentation, initiation and monitoring (source data verification, drug accountability and data collection) in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines.

To work as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) for the company, you need to be educated at a degree level in biological science, pharmacy or other health related discipline or equivalent nursing qualification/experience. You must also have a couple of years (EU) monitoring experience in clinical research, working as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) / Monitor. A client focused approach to work is needed with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including experience in making presentations. Flexibility towards work assignments and travel is needed, with the ability to manage multiple and varied tasks and prioritize workload with attention to detail. You must also be competent in written and oral English with local language also essential.
