A global Clinical Research Organisation is currently recruiting for a Clinical Research Associate I (CRA) to work in Germany. The company have a global reach and you will be joining an expanding team that can offer exciting projects to work on coupled with great career development.

As a Clinical Research Associate I (CRA) your role will involve identifying, selecting, initiating and close-out visits of appropriate investigational sites for clinical studies. A CRA will also monitor those sites in order to ensure that studies are carried out according to the study protocol and in accordance with SOPs, applicable regulations and the principles of ICH-GCP. When requested, you will help in preparation of regulatory submissions and design patient information sheets and consent forms. The role will involve the coordination of document translation, verification and back translations where required and ensure timely submission of protocol/consent documents/safety reports for Ethics/IRB approval according to local requirements. You will have pre-study and initiation visits, conduct regular monitoring visits in accordance with the site monitoring SOP/Sponsor site monitoring SOPs and maintain all files and documentation pertaining to studies. You will motivate investigators in order to achieve recruitment targets and complete accurate study status reports.

As a Clinical Research Associate I (CRA), you must have a medical/science background and relevant experience within the clinical research market. The ability and willingness to travel at least 50% of the time is required coupled with German and English language skills. A Clinical Research Associate I (CRA) will also have the ability to review and evaluate clinical data with a current full driving license. Excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory and with this experience a very rewarding role and exciting opportunity awaits.
