An exciting opportunity is available for a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to work in Croatia for a CRA in a home based or office based capacity based near Zagreb. The company, who have operations in over 30 countries, is currently looking for a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) who can identify, initiate and close-out appropriate investigational sites for clinical studies.
They will monitor these sites in order to ensure clinical trials are carried out according to study protocol and in accordance with SOPs and ICH-GCP. The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) will supervise and monitor clinical trials, when required maintain an accurate training log for more junior staff and attend meetings as required. Pre-study initiation and interim monitoring will also take place along with close out visits and co-monitoring visits with team members.

To be considered and work as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), a medical, biological, pharmacology or nursing qualification is essential. A clear understanding of the drug development process, significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) and strong knowledge of ICH-GCP is also needed. The ability to perform pre-study initiation, interim monitoring and close-out visits is essential along with excellent presentation skills, fluency in English coupled with willingness and flexibility to travel. Any experience across a range of clinical indications is desirable but not essential.
