An exciting opportunity is available for a Clinical Project Manager (CPM) to join a new and exciting Pharmaceutical company is the North West. The company works on Renal and GI Diseases and is working on phase II-IV trials at the moment. The company is part of a global group, employing over 15,000 people world-wide. They are in a terrific position with more products in the pipeline for the future.

The role of Clinical Project Manager (CPM) will be too manage and coordinate phase II-IV clinical studies across Europe. Reporting to the Senior Manager, the role will involve interacting with internal departments, CROs, Senior Management and hospital staff as necessary.
The Clinical Project Manager (CPM) will develop and implement agreed study information, coordinate study planning, develop project timelines, monitor and manage budgets and report monthly activities. The role also involves managing production and maintenance of all documents along with dealing with site selection, site negotiations, monitoring all parties’ compliance to the appropriate SOPs, ICH-GCP and contracts. As the Clinical Project Manager (CPM) you will also develop personal skills and knowledge to help fulfil your career ambitions, review SOPs and work in accordance to ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.

To be considered and work as the Clinical Project Manager (CPM) you will need expertise in clinical trials with a good understanding of requirements coupled with a degree or equivalent in a life science or related area. 5 years clinical research experience is required, which will include strong experience working as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA). Experience working with either directly for a CRO or managing them is required and budget experience is also essential. Strong communication and prioritisation skills are essential with the flexibility to change and adapt as required.
