Paramount Clinical Research: Clinical Project Manager – CPM – Oxford
A global Pharmaceutical company is currently looking for a Clinical Project Manager (CPM) to join the company at their Oxford site. The role of Clinical Project Manager (CPM) will involve managing global clinical projects and a focus on technical and operational coordination of clinical studies and external service providers. This will include;
- Coordinating internal clinical projects for timely delivery with a key focus on setting up, managing, tracking and reporting clinical trials
- Coordinating development and submissions of key study documents, including protocols, CRFs, CSRs, ethics and regulatory submissions
- Help identify and manage outsourcing partners to meet specified targets, including negotiation of agreements and budgets
- Work with multifunctional, global study and project teams
- Support the development of internal systems and SOPs to ensure clinical studies are carried out in compliance with current regulations
- Support production of clinical reports and online databases
- Build & maintain strong networks and relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Produce Clinical Development Plans and support development of lifecycle management plans on compounds
- Coordinate with discovery project teams for API supplies

To be considered and work as the Clinical Project Manager (CPM) you will need a science background, with over five years experience working for a Pharmaceutical company, clinical research organization or other and at least three of those years in a Clinical Project Manager role. Phase II-III experience is essential for the role and any experience with diabetes or CNS is desirable.
A thorough understanding and experience in the complete life cycle of projects and activities in clinical development and operations, including ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements is essential, with a clear and thorough understanding of the discovery processes, regulatory requirements and IP management.
The Clinical Project Manager (CPM) will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proactive and have the ability to hit the ground running.
