Paramount Clinical Research: Clinical Project Manager (CPM) - Berkshire
An international Clinical Research Organisation based in the Thames Valley are currently looking for a Clinical Project Manager (CPM) to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong clinical project management experience to join the team.

The role involves managing clinical studies on a global basis, making sure everything meets time and money deadlines.

The Clinical Project Manager (CPM) will work with all people involved in the process, from the clinical data management team, to managing clinical research associates. Training and development for junior members, along with attending all client meetings and making presentations are all part of the job, plus having budget responsibility is also a key area.

To be considered, ideally 4 years+ clinical project management experience is needed within a pharmaceutical, CRO or Biotechnology company. You need a strong background working with ICH-GCP and EU guidelines as well. A life science degree or similar qualification is required, with strong communication skills and problem solving skills. Travel is involved so being flexible is also a must.

This is a top role for a Clinical Project Manager (CPM) with a view to move higher still, with steady progression.
