A fantastic role has arisen for a Clinical Data Study Manager within a forth coming pharmaceutical company in Oxfordshire. This innovative company has over 1000 employees world wide and is continuously growing, making this an outstanding role for an ambitious Senior Clinical Data Manager (CDM).

As the Clinical Data Study Manager, you will manage advanced solutions and lead the clinical data management department ensuring consistency across all studies. Your key responsibilities as the Clinical Data Study Manager will include managing the studies technical functions and defining the functional goals, in relation to the client’s requirements. You should proactively make recommendations regarding new tools and products and solve complex problems within your function and identifies areas for process improvements. In this challenging and exciting role will also be required to liaise with internal departments and outside customers; this will include attending meetings and delivering presentations. In addition you will be involved in the hiring process for clinical data management staff and take an active role in their development and training.

Successful candidates should have an MSc in a Life Science or related discipline. Ideally 6 years experience working as a Clinical Data Manager within a Clinical Research Organisation or Pharmaceutical company. You should have previous line management experience with strong communication skills coupled with the ability to influence the decisions of a team.
