Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Location: West Midlands; Worcestershire; Warwickshire; Staffordshire

Package: £18 - 25,000 basic (Neg) £50,000 OTE Uncapped + Bonus + Benefits

Role:

As Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for developing and managing your own client database.
As Recruitment Consultant your responsibility will include pitching for and securing recruitment projects, including both retained advertising and search and selection.
Working with Senior / Executive level candidates from all aspects of the IT and Technology sector from across the UK and Europe

Profile:

Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant with a track record of success in whatever skill set or market area.
A proven Account Management, Field Sales, Business 2 Business Sales or Business Development professional within the IT, Communications or associated technology marketplace.
Alternatively you may be seeking your first sales role and see a Recruitment environment as the ideal place to begin your sales career.
Ideally you will be based in the Birmingham, West Midlands; Redditch / Bromsgrove, Worcestershire; Coventry, Warwickshire; Tamworth, Staffordshire.
