Sales Executive – e-Learning Software and IT Services - Bristol

A successful, high profile company in the education products, e-learning, consultancy and IT services sector requires an experienced IT Sales Executive to join their team.

Salary: £25K Basic + OTE 55k (uncapped) + Car Allowance

As an experienced Sales Executive you will be an experienced, motivated, personable and confident service Sales Professional tasked with selling a unique and expanding portfolio of education products and services, consultancy and IT services.

This is a very demanding, target driven role in a dynamic, expanding and entrepreneurial company requiring a proactive self starter capable of generating their own leads, maximising sales opportunities and closing deals efficiently and quickly.

The post will be based at offices near Bristol, with extensive work conducted at client locations across the UK.

Your role will be to;
Generate new business sales on a monthly basis.
Manage your diary to maximise appointments with clients.
Visit potential customers for sales and presentation purposes.
Act as a contact between existing and potential markets.
Contribute to the submission of bids and other projects as part of the New Business Team.
Negotiate the terms of agreements and contracts in order to close sales.
Complete market and customer profiling information for managers and the Board of Directors.
Negotiate variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers.
Review own sales performance, aiming to exceed targets.
Gain a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements and report these to the Development Team.
Make accurate, rapid cost calculations, and provide customers with quotations.
Write effective proposal and marketing material targeted to the needs of the clients on an individual basis.

You will have a very strong sales background and be motivated, competitive and able to surpass targets and goals. The ideal candidate will have experience of e-learning projects and the criminal justice sector is desirable.

The role will suit individuals currently working as a Sales Executive, Business Development, Account Manager, Sales Manager, New Business Sales, Sales Professional, Sales Consultant and living within a commutable distance of Bristol, Bath, Wells, Trowbridge, Avon, Somerset or willing to relocate.
