My Client is is a leading provider of business and technical consultancy for Electronic Content Management and Business Process Management solutions.
They currently have a requirement for a new business sales executive.
You will have solutions sales experience within Enterprise Content Management & Business Process Management solutions.
New Business Sales Executive
Overall responsibility:
You will be focussed on selling the company’s products and services.
You will be responsible for generating and closing new business. For existing accounts, the New Business Sales Executive will work towards continually improving customer satisfaction and referenceability, build long term relationships and generate new business through the sale of additional products and professional services.
You will be expected to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
You will be required to work as part of a close team to ensure good communication is maintained at all times and that all account specific objectives are understood and supported where appropriate.
Main activities:
1. To establish and grow client relationships at multiple levels through proactive Account Management.
2. To work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director to agree target accounts, personal targets and measures of success.
3. To work in partnership with the client to develop a thorough understanding of their business needs to be able to put forward feasible and beneficial web based solutions.
4. To identify, qualify, progress and close sales opportunities.
5. To proactively work with the Sales team to implement and support company Sales Strategies and Customer Service initiatives.
This is a customer-facing role, which involves significant travel.
Knowledge/Skills:
Solutions sales experience within Enterprise Content Management or Business Process Management sectors.
Account Management Experience
Successful web-based solution sales and services to a minimum
of 10 organisations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to convert a customer’s specific requirements into a proposal for the provision of appropriate solutions and/or services to fully address them (consultative sell).
Ability to put together professional sales proposals.
Proactive and highly self-motivated.
