Field based Sales Executive– Laboratory Equipment - Scotland

A leading company in the laboratory supplies market are currently seeking a field based sales consultant to sell from their comprehensive catalogue. This organisation is renowned for their focus on delivering the complete range of value for money laboratory equipment and has client both in academia and the private sector.

In this role you will be responsible for a complete catalogue of laboratory Equipment products from inexpensive test tubes to high spec equipment like fume cupboards, centrifuges, ultrasonic baths and other equipment costing several thousand pounds. You will be working the Scotland region and will ideally live either Glasgow or Edinburgh as the majority of your clients are based there. You will be on the road for four days a week and work from your home office one day a week. Part of your role will include making new contacts to keep your own business growing and making yourself and the company more money.

Suitable candidates for this role will have a strong laboratory equipment sales background. Sales experience will be essential for this role as you will be working on your own a lot of the time. Most importantly to be considered you must show you self to be energetic and driven to succeed in a competitive sales role, past sales statistics would be beneficial in showing your past performances but not essential.
