Salary circa £25,000 (OTE £50,000) + excellent benefits

Based in Berkshire, the global leader in web filtering and a premier provider of web and desktop security software are currently looking to bring in a Field Sales Representative. The company is a true market leader in web security, messaging security and data loss prevention solutions and this is a great chance to be part of their continued success.

The Field Sales Representative will manage and grow existing channel partners as well as recruit new partners. This is essentially a field sales role and we are looking for a real ‘road warrior’ who can qualify potential partner organisations and sell commercial benefits to multi level contacts within selected accounts.

This is a crucial role within the company. You will support your channel partners in sales activities, facilitating the relationship between the company’s sales team and the partners’ sales teams. You will work alongside the Channel Marketing Manager in order to develop and execute successful sales initiatives and attend joint customer meetings with the channel partners. The main duty of the role is to ensure the partners are successfully promoting the company’s solutions in preference to any other software security product and are selling at the correct market price.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in inside sales within the IT/Software security market, perhaps with a distributor, and you are now looking for a field role as your next step in your sales career. You will have an accomplished track record in sales, and the ability to develop a strong understanding of the company and its business goals.
