We are urgently looking for a Services sales consultant / Customer Service administrator for 15 months contract – this is a maternity cover with the possibility to turn into a permanent role at the end of contract. You will be joining a friendly team in a pleasant office in Bracknell, Berkshire

This role would suit someone who is interested in a B2B environment working within the IT market place. This role is with one of the leading IT Vendors and you will be selling to the European market.

One of your main responsibilities is helping to generate revenue on the maintenance contracts / warranty renewals with their partners and the end clients. This is NOT a telesales role, but you are expected to be involved in lead generation as well. At the beginning you will be only dealing with an existing client base (these are the clients who have already bought the products and are looking to renew their maintenance contracts). You will be involved in a wide range of administrative and sales activities over the phone - so good customer service skills are a must.
