TRAINING SERVICES
Harrogate £20,000 + 15k OTE + excellent benefits
Our client are a global leader within the IT industry and due to ongoing success within the business are now seeking to recruit an Account Manager within the training services division. The primary aim of this role is to generate new business and grow existing business through effective account management. The role requires a pro active and professional approach gained from experience in a sales / training environment. The post holder will utilise their course knowledge and sales skills to develop new and existing customer relationships to achieve both their individual and company targets.

The Role
* Carrying out daily new business focus (including cold calling) to increase customer base.
* Executing telemarketing and telesales campaigns in existing customer base and new customers in
order to grow their account split.
* Carry out daily forecasting.
* Working to achieve both individual and team targets within budgetary constraints.
* Managing accounts effectively to maintain and develop existing training business and
generating new training business.
* Liaising with technical, marketing and accounts departments where required to support business
needs.
* Understanding the aims and objectives of the company and aligning business plans and resources
accordingly.
* Liaising with all appropriate contacts both internally and externally to ensure that negotiations /
deals progress and are delivered smoothly.
* Working with product sales divisions to ensure maximum coverage on all accounts for training
focus.
Benefits:
* Excellent salary up to £20,000 in addition you will be eligible for up to £15,000 commission
package up to £35,000
* 21 days holiday rising to a maximum of 25 with length of service
