They are looking to recruit an experienced Retail Store Manager for their branch in Twickenham, Middlesex, Greater London.

As one of their Retail Store Manager’s you will have full responsibility for the day to day management of a busy retail store, you must have the drive and enthusiasm to lead your team from the front with passion and commitment to delivering a great customer experience as well as achieving challenging sales targets. Being a Retail Store Manager isn’t just about selling, it’s about developing your team, offering honest advice and building a rapport with customers, exceeding their expectations and reassuring them when they’re bewildered by choice.

You need to have proven experience of small team leadership within a retail store manager, branch manager, department manager role, ideally in a hard goods environment with experience or knowledge of the DIY, Trade or Tool Hire sectors. You will have achieved sales targets and other KPI’s through motivation of your team. You will be a confident, enthusiastic team player with a commitment to learning and developing yourself and your team. Your personal skills will include accuracy and numeracy as well as basic computer literacy.
