Due to their continued success and exciting expansion plans we are seeking experienced part time sales assistants for their new concessions opening within Fenwick’s & House of Fraser department stores in Newcastle.

The role is focused on delivering the ultimate shopping experience, ensuring every customer receives a friendly, honest and personable one to one service. There are lots of opportunities to progress within the company and they have a great team culture.
This is a hand’s on customer service and sales role and we are looking for individuals who have proven experience of working to set KPI’s. The emphasis is very much based on personality and a can do attitude.
The ideal candidate must possess the following key attributes,
- Passion for delivering an amazing customer experience
- Sales and target focus
- Previous experience of working within a retail sales team to deliver sales results
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Prepared to go the extra mile to achieve target
Ideally you will currently be as a sales assistant or customer service advisor for a one to one service focused fashion retail brand.
You will be required to be flexible in the hours you work as we are a 7 day a week business with changing requirements.
We offer ongoing training, career development, salary equivalent to £14,000 pro rata, plus bonus, OTE, overtime, staff discounts & holidays.
