Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Assistant / Sales Assistant for their exciting new store opening in Bury St Edmonds. They operate intimate stores offering a quality brand and product.
The role is focused on delivering the ultimate shopping experience, ensuring every customer receives a friendly, honest and personable one to one service. This is a hand’s on retail role and we are looking for individuals who have a passion for retail, with proven experience of building rapport with customers, helping them purchase the perfect item for their needs and ensuring they become a loyal customer.
Bury St Edmonds commutable from Newmarket, Thetford, Ipswich, Stowmarket, Cambridge, Huntigdon, Ely, Sudbury
The ideal candidate must possess the following key attributes;

- Previous experience of working within a retail customer focused environment
- Impeccable personal standards
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Commercial awareness
Ideally you will currently be a sales assistant, customer service advisor, for a one to one service focused retail brand.
