HPJ is an established and growing jewellery brand with over 80 stores nationwide across the UK & Ire. As a result of our success we are looking for highly motivated retail individuals with strong customer focus and excellent retail commercial awareness to act as designated managers to help run and manage our stores in the East of London. As a Designate Store Manager you will help support the area manager across the region.

East London, Walthamstow, Eastham, Edmonton areas.

The role requires an experienced Retail Store Manager, Branch Manager, Senior Assistant Manager, Department Manager who can maximise store performance through sales, customer satisfaction and team development, while controlling costs and stock. 

You will be responsible for motivating your team to maintain high store standards and achieve agreed KPI targets, as well as providing an excellent all-round service. You will possess the ability to plan, organise and execute sales strategies effectively, and have excellent communication skills.  The drive and ambition to succeed in a demanding retail environment are essential, and will be rewarded accordingly. If you have a passion for retail and a proven track record, this is a truly exciting and challenging opportunity. Jewellery experience would be ideal but is not essential as full training will be given.
