Due to this growth we are looking to attract a Designate Manager to join our Coventry store near Birmingham, West Midlands. Our Designate Manager will support the Store Manager in all aspects of running the store whilst receiving high quality management training. The focus on this role is to develop you into a Store Manager and manage your own store as quickly as the opportunity arises.
As a business our focus is to deliver a friendly and genuine customer shopping experience at all times, ensuring our stores are merchandised and maintained at the highest standards. To achieve this you must be a hand’s on, motivated and a passionate manager with strong people management, leadership and commercial skills.
Due to the size of our stores, diversity of footwear and price point, our stores are fast paced so you must have experience of working in this type of challenging environment with demanding stock control.
