Our client is an expanding company and they are looking for a customer service representative to support the manager in their store near Milton Keynes.
In this role you will be responsible for providing first class customer service and handling enquiries from customers. This is a varied role that will utilise your outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Your responsibilities will also include :-
- Achieving agreed service standards
- Exceeding customer expectations;
- Contribution towards team objectives;
- Providing support to senior customer service team members; and
- General administration.
Ideally, you will have a strong background in customer service in the subprime sector having worked in a fast paced environment. You will also thrive on providing excellent customer service with strong attention to detail. Your must have the ability to work towards goals and deadlines.
