Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Store Manager to run their exciting new store opening in Bury St Edmonds. They operate intimate stores offering a quality brand and product.
The role is focused on delivering the ultimate shopping experience, ensuring every customer receives a friendly, honest and personable one to one service. This is a hand’s on retail management role and we are looking for individuals who have a passion for retail, with proven experience of managing a team and working to KPI’s. The emphasis is very much based on personality and a can do attitude with full accountability and autonomy for your store.
Bury St Edmonds commutable from Newmarket, Thetford, Ipswich, Stowmarket, Cambridge, Huntigdon, Ely, Sudbury
To be successful in this role you will require:
- Passion for delivering an amazing customer experience
- Sales focused
- Previous experience of managing a retail sales team to deliver results
- Experience in training, coaching and developing a team
- High store standards and impeccable personal standards
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Commercial awareness
Ideally you will currently be a Concession Manager, Assistant Manager, Store Manager, Department Manager, Sales Manager, Deputy Manager, Team leader for a one to one service focused retail brand.
