The right applicant will be ambitious who can demonstrate their ability to win and retain new business. You should have excellent communication skills, have the ability to think on your feet, be a good time manager, with strong emphasis on building long term business relationship with both client and work force by over the phone and face to face meetings. Previous experience of permanent sales is preferred although previous recruitment sales is essential. We are looking for somebody with a can do attitude who is looking to progress in a forward think dynamic business. You will be require to attend clients business’s so therefore your own car and driving licence is essential.
