TPT1520 Recruiter – Oil and Gas industry

My client is a well established organisation based in Harrow, Middx who are seeking an Recruitment Consultant/Recruiter or experienced person with an exceptional knowledge of Operations and Maintenance within the Oil and Gas industry. This is not a sales role but it will involve resourcing the candidates and managing the needs of the client.

This is a very pivotal role within this organisation and therefore candidates MUST have a good understanding of the manufacturing operation side of the Oil and Gas industry. Their clients and candidates are all over the world so candidates must be clearly and concisely spoken as contact will be mainly with people whose first language is not English.

Ideally candidates will have experience of recruiting staff for these oversea’s sites but candidates who have worked in the Oil and Gas industry who understand the types of people working on oversea’s projects who have recruited staff for themselves and want a change in career or just want a 9-5 job will be considered.
