Recruitment Consultant – Open Market Sales
We are looking to continue the growth and development of the open markets area of the business. You will be responsible for establishing profitable business relationships with new and existing customers through sales activity (both office based and face to face) and conducting a professional, compliant recruitment service to support the budgetary targets of the business unit. In order to be considered for this role you must be:
• Able to demonstrate a willingness for sales based on past success
• Be prepared to travel for business
• Be happy working in a small pressurised team
• Have a full understanding of the recruitment process and be prepared to own the procedure for your customers
• Demonstrate an ability to forecast recruitment activity and associated GP accurately
Ideally you will be degree qualified, with an understanding of the engineering/aerospace sector. You will need to speak and write English fluently, any second language an advantage.
