Due to expansion we are currently looking to employ a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to be based at our Coventry office.

The role
We are recruiting for a 360 degree Technical Business Development consultant, responsible for the full recruitment cycle from selling to clients, resourcing suitable applicants and then managing the placement process.
The role will be to work under the engineering banner; a specialist division of blue collar contractors.

The Candidate
Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, should display the drive and confidence to succeed and have the ability to develop lasting professional relationships.
The successful applicant will hold a positive attitude, personal initiative, the capability to manage your own time and the ability to work within a team.
Previous experience working within a specialist engineering discipline would be beneficial, but recruitment experience isn’t necessary as full training will be given.

Own car & Driving Licence is essential.
