Our Client Vodafone is the worlds largest mobile telecommunications organisations they are currently seeking a Graduate Marketing Coordinator to work in group technology at the headquarters in Newbury. Responsible for over 20 countries and support on information management and structuring information flow. The ideal candidate will be degree educated with some experience gained within an H.R. talent resource role with strong I.T. background on internet web design knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint .this is an immediate star contract for 6 months that could go on to 12 months to cover maternity leave .

The Role: * You will support the coordination and project management for Vodafone’s global talent management programme called “Inspire” This role will cover 20 countries with an annual intake of approximately 50 high potential leaders
* Act as 1st point of contact dealing with queries promptly and efficiently Identify venues for the events liaising with external suppliers booking rooms dinners sending out joining instructions and assisting on Vodafone TV/Webinars .
* Managing Alumni activities for those delegates who have previously graduated from Inspire
* Develop build and implement phase 3 of the Inspire SharePoint site for high potentials globally to connect develop and grow this in line with mobile connectivity
* Will have a confident out going personality to deal with all levels strong administration background and project management experience will be advanced in MS Office packages and databases, Excel spreadsheets and .SharePoint internet based programming

Benefits: * January start 6 month contract possibly extending to 12 month contract
