To support growth we are looking to recruit a Business Development Consultant in our flagship Leicester office. Working in the Technical team you will be responsible for selling temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to the engineering market place. This will involve sales (warm and cold leads), account management, candidate screening/interviews, compliance with legal requirements and contributing to a highly successful team.

To succeed in this role you will need to have the following personal attributes:

-Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others

Candidates must also have a full UK driving license and thrive in a ‘work hard, play hard’ culture. This role offers a basic salary of £15-20k, sales bonus and team bonus. In your first year you should earn £25k+, with second year earnings of £30-50k.
