M+E Design Manager CRE - West Midlands

Permanent - Up to £49k
Contract - Up to £300 a day

Role
My client is looking for an experienced M+E Design Manager to work on Rail Projects in the West Midlands. Reporting into the CEM, the M+E CRE will perform a design management function supporting the Framework Delivery Team. This is an office based role which will contain some site visits and the successful CRE will act as an interface between the contractor and the client and the consultant. The successful CRE will be responsible for the M+E package, of which the majority will be Rail related.

Previous experience should include:
• Heating
• Lighting
• Building services
• Ventilation
• Telecommunications
• Utilities

The Successful CRE will be responsible for examining designs and checking buildability and feasibility and making the necessary alterations.

Required experience
The successful candidate will be qualified to degree standard or equivalent to support your experience within Rail M+E.
