QS / Estimator - Harrow

Contract - £300 a day

Location - Harrow

Role
My client is looking for an experienced QS / Estimator to work on Major Build Projects in the Harrow Area. The successful Buyer/Estimator will be working on the repair and maintenance of Council Housing, Capital Projects and Corporate building.

The Successful QS/Estimator will have responsibilities including:
• Putting together tender information
• Pricing
• Estimating
• Buying
• Obtaining quotes from the supply chain.

Experience within estimating under contract law is essential as is a proven background in Estimating, as well as a degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Estimating to support your experience.
