Due to expansion and demand a new role has been created to help increase the levels of available property for those in need. With established links with Housing Associations and local councils, they are now seeking the opportunity to uncover and gain housing in the private sector.

Your role will be to identify potential housing that would meet the needs of the service users within the private sector and then negotiate with landlords to obtain the property – most likely on a rental basis, where it would then be sub-let to the service users.

It is essential that you have a good knowledge of property laws, and ideally you will have been working with private landlords in the past. You should have good negotiation skills and always able to think laterally for a solution if it requires it.

In addition to a good level of remuneration, this will provide the right candidate a good route for progression within the organisation.
