An incredible Account Director opportunity has arisen within an energetic Medical Communications agency based in the bustling centre of London. This brilliant Medical Education agency not only boasts first class pharmaceutical clients, but offers a truly amazing and supportive work environment. They are now looking for an enthusiastic Account Director to come join their dedicated team.

As the Account Director, you will be fully responsible for the P&L and strive for the continuous success for your team. You will be accountable for multiple top quality projects and clients, worth an estimated value of over half a million pounds; ensuring they are delivered to the highest possible standard. In addition, you will drive business development, establishing new industry contacts and building strong, long lasting working relationships.

In order to succeed in this exceptional Account Director opportunity, you must have:

•At least 4 years’ experience working at Senior Account Manager level up within a Medical Communications agency- this is VITAL
•New Business Development Experience; with a tract record of successful business pitches, from conception to delivery.
•Excellent leadership skills, with the allocate appropriate workloads and push the accounts team to achieve their absolute best
•Line Management experience
•Experience covering a range of medical communication responsibilities including KOL management/development, events including symposia & meetings and publications/publication planning experience
•Exposure to Medical Education and PR is preferable
•Educated to degree level within a scientific discipline, PhD level desirable
