Senior Medical Writer – Medical Communications Agency - London/North West

An ambitious and progressive independent Medical Communications agency has an excellent opening for a talented and ambitious individual to join their expanding agency based in their North West or London office. As a Senior Medical Writer you will be responsible for providing expert therapeutic area input into a wide range of written materials for pharmaceutical clients.
The company also specialises in meetings and congresses and there will be a large emphasis on this within the role. You will report directly to the Editorial Director and will work closely with a team of dedicated writers, liaising with designers and art workers to generate layout of copy and working across a wide range of materials including conference materials such as abstracts and slides.

Skills
The successful candidates will ideally have a PhD in a scientific discipline although degree level candidates will also be considered. A minimum of 3 years experience of working within a medical communications agency would be considered a distinct advantage.

This is an extremely varied role and involves a great deal of client facing client facing work so applicants must have excellent communication skills.
