As Pharmacovigilance Physician you will provide drug safety/pharmacovigilance knowledge and advice on medical safety aspects of projects, the role will be reporting to the Head of Pharmacovigilance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all post marketing pharmacovigilance work is ethical and protected regarding patient safety
• Overview and assess adverse events and patterns, provide medical review and writing support for case narratives, PSUR’s and ASR’s
• Supply medical oversight of post marketing, pre-approval and peri-approval pharmacovigilance services
• Attend and represent company at client meetings to discuss any issues and act as QPPV and signatory as and when required
• Provide strategic input into clinical development programs

Ideally you will have relevant higher medical qualifications, have recent direct medical experience, have an excellent knowledge of pharmacovigilance processes, PSUR’s, literature search reviews, AE management , post marketing and medical monitoring knowledge. Varied therapeutic expertise for project design input, proposal development and bid preparation would be beneficial along with computer literacy. You should possess exceptional negotiating, influencing, communicating (written and verbal) and networking skills.
