Medical Writer – Award Winning PR Agency - Oxford

An Award Winning Healthcare Agency has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical Writer to joint their expanding Medical Education Division.
Your role will be to provide expert scientific input into a varirty of product therapy areas such as AIDS, Cardiovascular disease, Asthma and Dermatology.

As a Medical Writer you will be responsible for reviewing, editing, and proofing promotional material and inputting into the development of product plans and strategies.
The role will also involve KOL and Client liaison and providing guidance and training on clinical and pharmaceutical information to the account handling team. Developing abstracts, manuscripts, posters and slide presentations will also be an important part of your role.

Skills
The successful candidates for the Medical Writer opportunity will ideally have at least 2 years experience gained within Medical Writing and be competent with the ABPI and IPHA codes of practice. You will have an excellent academic record with a degree in a life science or equivalent. Strong communication skills and the confidence to speak with leading clients and key figures within the industry is also essential.
