We are looking for a Senior Creative Technologist to join my clients ever expanding team.

This role is initially a temp-perm role on a 6 month contract. You will be paid on a pro-rata basics.

Essentials

Flash development (Flash 8/9/10) for blue chip clients, with experience of deploying large-scale applications on a global scale
Experience of managing people and running a team
A mastery of Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns and Agile development techniques
Extensive experience with Eclipse with FDT 3.0 or other code editors
Be equally comfortable using the timeline or the code editor
A good appreciation of usability and interaction design
Experience using Photoshop and Illustrator

Advantageous

Experience using other technologies, including any Flash Platform technologies, Processing, Maya, 3D Studio Max or other Creative Technologies
High level understanding of server development and databases
A good understanding of HTML, JS, CSS and Integration with HTML, JS
A passion for experimenting with the latest technology
A portfolio of exciting and inspirational work
Good knowledge of IA, QA, Usability and Accessibility
Experience of building localised multilingual applications

You will be responsible for leading the team from the front - leading daily production, on all business-critical projects, where you will be expected to manage and have detailed knowledge of each development stream Ensuring the successful delivery of such projects, at every key milestone Proactively answering briefs by providing innovative technology solutions, Overseeing the maintenance of long-term projects, Identifying opportunities for creating prototypes to enhance process, and leading development of those prototypes
Refining the workflow between the different teams and the creative technology team, with a view to finding the best agile solution for the agency Ensuring the agency’s demands are met through effective resourcing Inspiring and supporting your team
