ON SITE TECHNICIAN

An award winning Audio Visual Specialist who are experiencing exceptional success and growth of the business, are seeking to recruit an Onsite Technician who will be based at the client’s European customer briefing centre based at Green Park. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of IT equipment, a good communicator with a “can do” attitude.

“Technical Support”

The Role: * To support the Audio Visual and I.T facilities of this prestigious global It Company
* ensuring that the Audio Visual equipment is fully functional at the start of each day
* To carry out routine maintenance to Audio Visual equipment such as cleaning filters, replacing batteries, and changing projector lamps.
* To assist users with Audio Visual equipment
* To provide 1st line support in the case of Audio Visual faults and when required refer back to the service department to be resolved.
* To provide assistance to the clients IT department as required.
