Candidates must be able to demonstrate market research agency experience undertaking qualitative brand research across a range of projects and sectors. It is important you have sound knowledge of different qualitative research methodologies and an interest in FMCG research.

You will be looking for a role that will provide on going mentoring and training, allowing you to quickly progress and continue to assume more responsibility. As this is a flexible organization with a flat management structure, you must be someone who is self motivated with plenty of initiative and thrives in an environment without a rigid structure.

The salary is dependent upon your individual skills and what experience you can bring to the organization and due to the nature of the organization this is highly negotiable, you wont be pinned into a bracket and you can be assured of a salary that truly reflects your knowledge.
