Marketing Account Manager – Digital Marketing / West Sussex

A high profile integrated marketing agency are now seeking to recruit an experienced Marketing Account Manager with excellent experience in Digital Marketing & e-business. Reflecting the growth in Digital marketing we are looking for a Marketing Account Manager who has had previous experience in this area and can become the specialist within the team. The successful candidate must be presentable, able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills and have a proven track record of growing accounts.

As a Marketing Account Manager your role will involve effectively managing the company’s resources in order to provide quality marketing services to nominated accounts, and in order to achieve client revenue targets and overall company profit targets.

Specific Responsibilities
•Take, understand and establish requirements of brief, and effectively delegate specific tasks, where appropriate.
•Ensure all projects are quoted & a timing plan presented, & approved, by the client (after approval) in line with company pricing & Studio schedules.
•Achieve worthwhile output from brainstorms, co-ordinate creative and project management aspects of agency’s response to client brief, and evaluate the response in terms of quality and likely revenue.
•Take a lead role in briefing in all creative/concept boards, using written creative briefing forms.
•Assist in presenting/selling the response, and obtain feedback from client.
•Throughout project implementation, identify tasks and delegate appropriately, monitor progress against plan, and achieve forecasted revenue.

In return you will receive;

- a salary of between £30-£35k
- company bonus scheme ( able to earn up to a further 5-10% of salary)
- 21 days holiday plus close down at Christmas and New year

The role will suit individuals currently working as Marketing Account Manager, Account Manager, Account Director, Marketing Executive, Sales & Marketing, Marcomms and living within a commutable distance of Brighton, Hove, Haywards Heath, Crawley, Worthing or willing to relocate.
