A leading corporate firm within the heart of the City is looking for a Production Assistant to join their team to cover a maternity leave.

As the ideal candidate, you will have previously worked within a Research Assistant or Production Assistant role, and preferably have equity experience.

Within this role you will be responsible for the production of reports and presentations and you will provide continuous support to analysts and research teams with the timely and accurate delivery of their information.

You must have advanced skills in Word and PowerPoint and Excel with the ability to create charts, graphs, diagrams, tables, presentations and reports. You will be happy to follow house styles but also possess the technical ability to add value and changes where required. Knowledge of working with external printers and distribution will be advantageous.

You are required to be flexible with your hours and a solid commitment to the role will be essential.
