We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to work on commercial events and conferences for a prestigious firm based in London.

You will be responsible for managing a team of logistic coordinators who produce over 100 events per year, from seminars and workshops to award ceremonies and conferences. Your B2B conference/ events experience to date will include all aspects of event logistics management, including venue planning, supplier management and financial control. It is imperative that the organisation’s reputation for high quality events is maintained so your attention to detail and passion for excellence will be reflected in your commercial experience to date.

You will have worked in a commercial environment where production and delivery is split and you will have excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
