Consumer Researcher – North Humberside – Healthcare
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a large health, home and personal care company for a Consumer Researcher based at their site in North Humberside. This particular company has an extensive portfolio of global healthcare, pharmaceutical and home care products.
As Sensory Innovation Analyst / Market Researcher you will be responsible for executing the sensory consumer insights program, which will include:
• Using quantitative and qualitative consumer research techniques.
• Managing the online consumer research.
• Deciding which external market researchers to use and building strong working relationships with them.
• Improving and managing the consumer sensory testing facilities.
• Adhering to quality guidelines as well as best practice protocol.
• Continually trying to improve the consumer insight service that is provided.
The ideal candidate will poses a degree in a scientific discipline, and will have at least 2 years experience in a similar position within an FMCG environment. MRS membership would be an advantage but is not essential.
