* Experience needed in setting up and running complex machinery and basic maintenance support to minimise downtime.

* Some form of engineering qualification required.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an existing technical/operator or maintainer/operator to enhance existing and develop further skills, allowing you to gain further responsibilities. This continually expanding clean room manufacturer needs three engineers who have a mechanical or polymer bias and can utilise their machine setting, operating, fault finding and general problem solving skills to the max. This broad and challenging role includes maintenance support, machine set up, adjustments and running, carrying out operating procedures to high standards and monitoring and reporting on machine efficiency. You will also carry out batch changes, test documentation and ensure maximum output.

This requires a practically minded technical operator with excellent problem solving skills and a team player who can deliver the highest standards in terms of customer service, quality, safety and cost. You need to have an engineering or polymer related qualification and be experienced with setting up and running machinery in an FMCG, pharmaceutical, sterile product or high tech environment.
