This rapidly expanding, global high speed manufacturer is experiencing exciting times and has taken on a number of key personnel in the last few months. This manufacturing shift managers role is a continuation of its search for quality, ambitious people with a long term focus on their career. You will be responsible for hitting and exceeding production yield targets, people management and utilisation and driving continuous improvements. In more detail you will be focused on product quality and reducing customer returns, minimising costs through labour and process utilisation and leading a capable manufacturing team in a way that is compliant with health and safety standards.

You will need a proven track record as a capable manufacturing or production manager from print, packaging or FMCG in exceeding production targets/KPI’s and people management. Some continuous improvement skills are also required in this varied and challenging role.
