Maintenance Management Consultant
UK Wide
£50,000 - £60,000 plus up to 25% bonus, car / allowance and generous benefits package. 

The consultant engineer’s overall goal is to improve and increase effectiveness of maintenance departments within organisations. The autonomous role will involve travelling to various blue chip client sites across the UK and consulting and assisting businesses on maintenance. This will include looking at areas of improvement, auditing procedures, developing structures and maintenance plans. Then through the introduction of tools such as TPM, Lean/6 Sigma allow the company to optimise their maintenance engineers, departments and procedures.   
 
On joining this organisation, as consultant engineer you will have a strong track record within maintenance of large production or manufacturing facilities. You will have worked in such environments as FMCG, pharmaceutical, rail or utilities. Your experience will include implementing projects, Total Plant Maintenance regimes, asset management, lean and man-management. Ideally knowledge of running an efficient maintenance department and dealing with senior management is key. 

Our client is a specialist within its field of consultancy services providing these to a wide range of industries and blue chip clients. As a result of continuous expansion across Europe, they now need to recruit a specialist maintenance consultant to assist their growth within the UK.
