Manage and provide on going development for product support in order to achieve and maintain the Engineering standards required by the company and dictated by the group and local government requirements. Ensure high level of after sales service and customer service in the region for all customers, by reviewing pump and component related repair, cost of repairs, performance and reliability issues and providing technical and analytical support to achieve higher productivity.
