Business Development Manager - Gaming - Dublin

My client is leading gaming brand seeking a highly successful Business Development Manager to join their team in Dublin. Due to continued expansion they require a strong Business Development Manager with significant experience within the gaming industry to oversee their European operations. Reporting directly to the board, you will increase new business sales through identifying new markets and customers as well as sales generating through existing customers.

This role will require excellent attention to detail and a sound knowledge of the online and offline gaming industry particularly the European territory. The candidate must be strong with multi-tasking and comfortable running several projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

- Identify market opportunities and establish relationships within the gaming industry.
- Manage the full lifecycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and product delivery.
- Generate sales reports to senior management.
- Develop action plans to penetrate new markets and global sales strategies.

Requirements.

- Proven experience within the gaming industry a strong focus on business development and or relationship management.
- Proven and referenced business development background.
- Proactive, independent individual with the ability to focus on the task and grind out a result by being methodical and results focussed
- Proven ability in starting business relationships and ability to negotiate
- An ability to deliver high quality work under pressure of tight deadlines.
- Be a competitive, results orientated team player
- Ideally a strong graduate
- Online or offline Gambling or iGaming experience is a pre-requisite for this role and additional european language skills a distinct advantage.
