Key Responsibilities:

" Creation of a comprehensive social media strategy to define programs that use social media marketing techniques to increase visibility and membership
" Implementation and management of social media programs
" Working with and the coordination of a multilingual team of writers who are present on several social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other similar community sites.
" Gathering customer, competitor and market insights.
" Experimenting with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities ("marketing R&D")
" Monitoring trends in social media tools, trends and applications and appropriately applying that knowledge to increasing the use of social media at the organisation
" Strategising with and education of the management team and others across the company on incorporating relevant social media techniques into our corporate culture and into all of the our products and services
" Measuring the impact of social media on the overall marketing efforts
